How does shipping work?

Shipping is to the continental US, using USPS Priority Mail , USPS First Class Mail and various freight carriers. In order to prevent your precious buttas from sitting in facilities for long periods of time, orders are shipped out Mon through Thurs only. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 2-5 days for shipping.

Shipping is currently not available outside of the United States.

What is your return policy?

Help! My butta melted, what should I do?

Because of its all natural contents, our buttas can melt if stored in a heated environment. No worries though! You can always cool it in the refrigerator and use a household mixer to whip it right back into shape.

What is the best way to store my butter?

The best way to store your butter is to keep it at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
